When it comes to selling your property, you will want to maximise the price.
Any estate agent is able to sell your property, but only an intelligent and exceptional estate agent, with a well thought-out marketing campaign - and an effectively structured selling commission - is able to sell your property for an exceptional price.

We will assist you to select the most appropriate agent, and to ensure that the terms of the Authority are written to maximize the incentive for a sale at the highest price. We will direct the photographer, write the marketing material for you, and recommend an appropriate and effective marketing strategy. We will follow up to ensure that the marketing campaign is being conducted as promised by the estate agency. We will also provide you with regular feedback.
The presentation of the property can make a significant difference to the price achieved. We will guide you about what to do, and what not to do in this respect. We will also organize the improvements on your behalf. When the time comes for you to consider offers, a WPA property advocate will be there to assist you.
You may sell a property once or twice in your entire life time. The agent will know there is little prospect of return business from you. On the other hand, the agent knows there is a strong possibility of return business - or otherwise - from WPA, depending on how he or she performs. This can be a strong motivating factor in making the agent 'go that extra mile' to run an effective marketing campaign that secures a good selling price for your property.
We will undertake to liaise between you and your lawyer, your conveyancer, your estate agent and any other party whom you nominate. We will coordinate the entire selling process, according to your instructions. We will be there to assist you right up until property settlement.
You do not pay us a fee for this service. We will receive a fair share of the selling commission from the real estate agent. Since we do a portion of the work, we claim a portion of the commission. The agreed commission split is agreed and recorded, and it is transparent to all.
